Salut! Dieses Wochenende war ich am Fernwehfestival in Bern. Was kann man sich darunter vorstellen? Zum einen viele Stände mit vielen Reiseprospekten und sonstiger Werbung. Zum anderen aber auch Fotovorträge mit grossartigen und amüsanten Reisegeschichten. Wir haben uns neben dem tollen Vortrag über Grönland noch eine längere Präsentation von 5 Profinaturfotografen („Jäger des Lichts“) angesehen. Einfach wahnsinnig bewundernswert wie viel die Fotografen auf sich nehmen, um ihre Traumfotos zu schiessen. Zudem tragen sie einen nicht unwichtigen Teil dazu bei, um auf die Erhaltung des Planeten und dessen wunderschöne Natur aufmerksam zu machen.
Zur Zeichnung: Dachte ich muss mal wieder was zeichnen. Ein Astronaut, inspiriert von einem Foto über die Marsmission im GEO Magazin. (In einem Comic geendet statt einer realen Zeichnung, aber Übung macht ja bekanntlich den Meister ;P).
// Salut! This weekend I was at the Fernwehfestival (=wanderlust festival) in Bern. What do you have to expect of such a festival? For one thing you have a lot of travel brochures and other advertising. For another thing there is also the possibility to enjoy photopresentations with amazing and amusing travelstories. We saw beside a great presentation about Greenland a longer presentation of 5 professional naturephotographers („Jäger des Lichts“ = hunter of the light“). It is truly admirable how much the photographers are willing to do to get their dreampictures. Additionally they also do a great work showing how beautiful our planet is and how important its conservation should be.
To the drawing: I had the need to draw something. An astronaut, inspired by a picture of the Marsmission in the GEO magazine. (Ended up in a comic instead of a real portrait, but practice makes perfect ;P).
